With a robust background in Software Development, Blair has honed his expertise in management, design, and the seamless implementation of technical solutions. His profound understanding of business operations extends across an impressive array of industries, including but not limited to state and federal government, healthcare (medical, mental health, pharmacy, dental), insurance (property and casualty, health), environmental regulation (air quality), non-profit organizations, and systems programming encompassing various programming languages and driver development.
