End user testing:
We assist in the end user testing step. Acceptance testing is testing done by an end user. Its purpose is to determine the validity of the product or service when used in a real-world situation, by someone that would normally use the product or service.
Software Training:
We assist with software training including teaching, enhancing or developing in any technical skills and practical knowledge that relate to specific or particular software which are useful to improve technical competencies.
Help Desk Support:
We provided IT Help Desk Technician professional who provides technical support and assistance to customers, whether on the phone or in person. Their primary intention is to ensure a client’s satisfaction and ability to properly operate any machinery or technology they may be having trouble with.
